We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of our business at our Monza McGill location

1251 McGill College Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3B 2Y4

Responsibilities:

Deliver our highquality menu
Motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service
Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
Ensure efficient restaurant operation
Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customerservice standards
Recruit and hire staff
Set work schedules for staff
Oversee the food preparation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

Management and leadership skills
Experience in both front and back of the house management
Ability to oversee the dining room, checkin with customers and balance seating capacity.
Great communication skills
Attention to detail
