Position Overview_**: As a Solar Power Installation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in launching and managing the installation wing of in Ontario. You will be responsible for executing solar power system installations across both commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance:_ Execute solar power system installations in compliance with industry standards, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of solar equipment.

Travel_**: Travel within Ontario to various installation sites, ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Management_**: As the installation wing expands, assume a managerial role, overseeing installation crews, scheduling, and project management.

Product Testing_**: Participate in the evaluation and testing of new solar products and equipment, providing technical insights and feedback.

Technical Expertise_**: Serve as the go-to resource for technical knowledge related to solar power systems, equipment, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in Ontario.
Proficiency in both commercial and residential electrical work, with a strong understanding of solar power systems.
Ability to travel across Ontario for installation projects.
Strong leadership skills and the potential to grow into a managerial role.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of ESA permitting processes and regulations.
Willingness to stay current with industry trends and product innovations.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $22.50 to $32.50 per hour.
