Job Summary
The primary role of the Shift Supervisor is to supervise a mining crew on a day-to-day basis and ensure that the tasks assigned by the Site Superintendent are completed as per instructions.Responsibilities
- Carry out all directives of management. Read and sign all log books daily.
- Ensure all employees have the knowledge to work safely and efficiently by giving all employees job specific instructions on a daily basis and monitor progress.
