Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and facilitate the development of retail operations integrated roadmap in alignment with other functional strategies
  • Oversee end to end program lifecycle for retail operations initiatives and strategic objectives; lead select large nonIT projects on time, on budget and within agreed upon scope
  • Manage program resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery and benefits realization within scope and on schedule.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes for business led projects; Mentor and coach other business leads within the program to drive engagement and clarity on roles and responsibilities within projects
  • Define and track KPIs to assess program and project success/effectiveness
  • Regularly report on program status, milestones and roadblocks; develop presentations for various events and stakeholder groups, all the way up to ELT and Board level
  • English Canada and

Quebec Retail Operations:
partner with operations teams to prioritize and align on priorities, plans and resourcing of program/project

  • Other Program Delivery leads: collaborate with other program delivery leads in the organization to ensure alignment on priorities
  • CTAO organization: collaborate with technology acceleration and road mapping team to ensure integrated roadmap(s) are reflective of all major initiatives
  • Retail Enablement team: collaborate with teams within Retail Enablement to align on priorities, resourcing and project management guidance and support.
  • Align on Purpose and Strategy build shared sense of purpose, thinking strategically, customer and store first mindset
  • Engage Employees and Partners build relationships and trust, engaging self and others, developing self and others
  • Execute with excellence drive results, foster continuous improvement and lead change
  • Drive Growth market driven, cultivate innovation, drive value from investment

Skills and Experience Requirements:


  • Program and Project Management
  • Strong business acumen in Retail, Food or Consumer Goods industries in Canada is a benefit
  • Exceptional strategist, communicator and team player
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
  • People management experience is a benefit
  • High level proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Executive presence
  • Operations leadership team and other leaders of key stakeholders and functions.
