Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for the expansion of sales and market presence in Northern Alberta.

You will manage and develop relationships internally between the sales team and other functions and externally, you are the brand ambassador with manufacturers and amidst the dental community.

Your sales team consists of Sales Representatives and Sales Consultants.

In this hands on role, you demonstrate an understanding of the unique needs of our dental customers; develop and implement concepts to attract and retain clients; collaborate with marketing and manufacturers to grow sales; and monitor and provide market feedback to both the sales team and management colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you require 4-7 years' experience in a sales leadership position where you have demonstrated success in leading a diverse team within the dental or a comparable industry.

You are excited to work in a family run entrepreneurial business and are able to operate both strategically and operationally in that environment.

Your interpersonal skills make it easy for customers and team members to relate to you, yet you are not afraid to bring analytics to your role.

You are known for your outstanding consultative selling abilities and your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
