We are an established, consistently busy and award-winning Home Renovations Company servicing the GTA the past 25 years. We are looking for
_a highly-skilled, knowledgeable "hands-on" individuals to fill our site foreman (Lead Carpenter/Project Manager) positions_

THE POSITION REQUIRES:

• Maintaining clean and organized job sites.
• Managing multiple employees and subcontractors.
• Absolute knowledge of materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes.
• Understand and implementing layout, framing, and finishing of typical remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and fullscale additions.
• Smaller projects require all skill sets such as minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly explain and implement scope of work, provide clear directions, and work closely with employees, subcontractors and homeowners
• Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to excel in a team environment.
• Provide proper and professional vehicle and tools.
• Current WHIMS, Fall Protection, First Aid Training, and MOL Supervisor Certificate.

Wage range for this position is approximately $55, $75, per year depending on skill, experience, qualifications and certifications (paid out hourly).
