Who We're Looking For

' ̄

  • Individuals that thrive in a' ̄fastpaced' ̄and growthoriented contact center environment
  • Passionate about pets or is a pet owner
  • At least one solid year experience in the customer service space
  • Highly customer focused, with a genuine passion to help members with a professional, compassionate, and helpful attitude.
  • Fluent in English and possesses exemplary verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Confident and possesses exceptional interpersonal and problemsolving skills to provide the best personalized solution for each member
  • Patient, empathetic, and has the ability to stay calm and deescalate members during highpressure situations
  • Selfmotivated to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs
  • Secondary school education or equivalent' ̄
  • Above the age of 1
  • Ability to pass a background check with a valid Government ID
  • Willing to service 40 hours per week and willing to work anytime between 6am to 2am EST, Monday-Sundays

What You'll Do

' ̄

  • You will be part of a team on a mission to make the world a better place for pets and their owners
  • Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels of loyalty and retention, through inbound and outbound initiatives
  • Keep a record of all member interactions and ensure all member data is accurate and up to date
  • Handle member escalations by active listening, showing empathy and compassion, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure member is satisfied
  • Collaborate within your team and other departments to ensure we work efficiently and provide worldclass customer service together

This campaign requires you to have a quiet space to work from your home, and you must provide your own computer system, wired headset, hardwired internet, and web camera.
