About us

  • Part Time_: 3 days or 24 hrs a week. Flexible during open hours.

  • Job Overview:_ The Social Media Manager and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, interacting with customers on various platforms, creating content for newsletters, and supporting brand managers with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and interact with all social media accounts for all company brands, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Create and manage social media posts, post boosts, newsletters, reels and ads.
  • Engage with followers and share content that aligns with the brand
  • Research and organize collaborations with influencers that aligns with the brand
  • Regularly review insight reports to understand how our platforms are performing and use those insights to create strategies to improve our results each quarter.
  • Create graphic designs, videos, and photos for all platforms
  • Shoot and edit quick consumption videos on your phone for FB, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter, as needed
  • Support brand managers with proofreading, editing documents and forms, and minor website changes.
  • Support Amazon listing with product titles, descriptions, photos, and promotions
  • Assist with warehouse support, outreach projects, and ad management

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Assistant
  • A passion for social media and actively using all or most common platforms
  • Indepth knowledge of Adobe software, and/or canva.
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite and Meta social management platforms
  • Basic understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • A team player who can work well with others

Salary:
$19.00-$21.50 per hour
