Job Summary:

Maximus Signs, a leading signage company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sign Fabricator to join our team.

The Sign Fabricator will be responsible for producing high-quality signs according to customer specifications. This role involves working with various materials, operating machinery, and ensuring the timely completion of sign fabrication projects.


Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret design blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate signs accurately.
• Select appropriate materials, such as metal, plastic, and wood, for sign fabrication.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools, including but not limited to CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, and printers.
• Cut, shape, bend, and assemble materials to create sign components.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the final products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues that may arise during the production process.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide input and suggest improvements for sign fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Keep track of inventory levels and submit requisitions for materials and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sign Fabricator or similar role, preferably in the signage industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication techniques, materials, and tools.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining fabrication machinery, including CNC routers, laser cutters, vinyl plotters, and printers.
• Ability to work with various materials, such as metal, plastic, and wood, to produce highquality signs.
• Detailoriented with excellent manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials when required.

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
