Description:

***: This position will support the current implementation of Kronos (time management software) within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team. The position reports to a Senior HRIS Business Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Responds to end user service requests.
Provides ongoing Kronos Workforce Central troubleshooting support to divisional administrators.
Updates existing documentation for both administrators and managers to reflect new processes.
Assists divisional administrators with the implementation of Kronos Workforce Central.
Prepares configuration spreadsheets, training, and testing.
Provides Kronos Workforce Central demonstrations to interested divisions across the University.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Education:
Currently pursuing post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or analytical/data-oriented field of study.

Experience in IT or business-related environments and working knowledge of Window OS as well as Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple activities in a detailoriented environment.
Knowledge of Enterprise or HR technologies would be ideal.

Other:

Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively when there are multiple demands while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Show initiative and the ability to exercise good judgment and maintain discretion.
