Our small dental office is located in Vineland, Ontario with one dentist, looking for a Dental Receptionist. The position would be for part-time to start, but leading to full time.
Our office provides all aspects of general dentistry and has been serving our community and surrounding areas for many years

If you are energetic, reliable, have a strong work ethic and great attention to detail, friendly, patient oriented and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.

- must be welcoming and have
strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of dental treatment, capable of maintaining patient and office privacy
- must be
punctual and
reliable
- have experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments, billing patients and maintaining accurate patient accounts, efficiently communicating with all Dental Insurances, following up on outstanding accounts receivable from insurance companies and patients

• Experience/familiarity with
  AbelDent dental office management software would be very beneficial

Some occasional light dental assisting duties may be necessary, helping other team members clean ops, etc. Our team is always willing to help each other.

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
• Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
