    Our MPE Saskatoon office is currently recruiting for the position of Junior Civil / Geotechnical Engineering Technologist .

    MPE a division of Englobe is a professional engineering consulting firm that operates out of offices across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and British Columbia.

    We offer full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering in the municipal, water-resources, and building services sectors.

    This is an excellent position for a candidate searching for that next level in their career to help grow an already successful team, or for an experienced Project Manager searching for a new firm.

    Plan and execute geotechnical site investigations.
    Perform soil classifications, sampling, testing, and reporting.
    Install geotechnical instrumentation.
    Perform construction inspections as related to foundations, earthworks, etc.
    Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or similar.
    Previous experience in carrying out geotechnical site investigations, construction materials testing, and laboratory testing is an asset. Data entry, spreadsheet, and work processing skills are an asset.
    Hold a valid driver's license.
    Ability to travel and work remotely in all weather conditions, as needed.
