We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nanaimo.

Responsibilities

Receive over the phone customer orders and accurate order entry in the system
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reasonable resolution and alternatives
Work crossfunctionally with other departments to meet the needs of the customer
General reception duties such as greeting customers, take messages and arrange delivery and pickups
Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service or call center role an asset
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism when handling difficult conversations
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex customer issues
Required to work onsite
Must be available to work statutory holidays and Sunday shift

Location:4911 Wellington Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2H5. This role is required to work onsite.
