Responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Provide support to the accounting team by processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
