We are looking for a Manager, Client Advocacy and Process Improvement to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Manager, you will play a key role in leading one of the portfolio streams within Element Fleet Management.

This role will be accountable for resolution and process improvement within the portfolio stream.

A Day in the Life

  • Coaching and development of Direct Reports
  • Receive escalations and allocate to the team to achieve SLAs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through both escalation trends and ongoing SOP evaluations
  • Partner cross functionally to lead process improvement initiatives within portfolio steam and develop problem avoidance strategies that both increase customer experience and reduce OPEX
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities through mitigation of revenue leakage, identification of charge back opportunities for client exceptions and new product offering options.
  • Interface with client contacts in QBRs, collaboration councils and escalation reviews
  • Oversee suppliers to ensure consistency in delivery

Requirements:


  • Post Secondary Education in Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Will consider equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading team of direct reports in complex operational structures
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project implementation
  • Demonstrated success in highly technical environment
  • MS Office Suite, with above average PowerPoint and Excel skills
