We are looking for a Manager, Client Advocacy and Process Improvement to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Manager, you will play a key role in leading one of the portfolio streams within Element Fleet Management.
A Day in the Life
- Coaching and development of Direct Reports
- Receive escalations and allocate to the team to achieve SLAs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through both escalation trends and ongoing SOP evaluations
- Partner cross functionally to lead process improvement initiatives within portfolio steam and develop problem avoidance strategies that both increase customer experience and reduce OPEX
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities through mitigation of revenue leakage, identification of charge back opportunities for client exceptions and new product offering options.
- Interface with client contacts in QBRs, collaboration councils and escalation reviews
- Oversee suppliers to ensure consistency in delivery
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education in Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Will consider equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience leading team of direct reports in complex operational structures
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project implementation
- Demonstrated success in highly technical environment
- MS Office Suite, with above average PowerPoint and Excel skills
