We are looking for a Manager, Client Advocacy and Process Improvement to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Manager, you will play a key role in leading one of the portfolio streams within Element Fleet Management.

This role will be accountable for resolution and process improvement within the portfolio stream.

A Day in the Life

Coaching and development of Direct Reports
Receive escalations and allocate to the team to achieve SLAs
Identify opportunities for process improvement through both escalation trends and ongoing SOP evaluations
Partner cross functionally to lead process improvement initiatives within portfolio steam and develop problem avoidance strategies that both increase customer experience and reduce OPEX
Identify incremental revenue opportunities through mitigation of revenue leakage, identification of charge back opportunities for client exceptions and new product offering options.
Interface with client contacts in QBRs, collaboration councils and escalation reviews
Oversee suppliers to ensure consistency in delivery

Requirements:

Post Secondary Education in Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Will consider equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience leading team of direct reports in complex operational structures
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project implementation
Demonstrated success in highly technical environment
MS Office Suite, with above average PowerPoint and Excel skills
