About the role:


You will contribute by:


  • Formulate and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and for significant projects.
  • Provide thought leadership on change management best practices and emerging trends.
  • Advise senior leadership on changerelated risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish a governance structure to support change management activities.
  • Develop and implement a Change Management Framework that integrates with the PMO's methodologies.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Identify and manage stakeholder groups across multiple projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with change objectives.
  • Design communication plans with respect to change management activities that articulate the value and impact of changes to various audiences; coordinate with Comms and People leaders for peoplerelated impacts (this role does not design these types of comms).
  • Create and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance organizational change readiness and competencies.
  • Monitor the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes within the organization.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify potential peopleside risks and anticipated points of resistance.
  • Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness and manage stakeholders as they transition through the change curve.

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the fields of Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, Project Management, Technology Management
  • Professional certifications in Change Management from an accredited institution
  • ProSci or ACMP; or IIBA/PMI/CAPM Project Management certifications
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills to drive change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities for varied audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate resistance.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity.
