    • IT Technical Business Analyst – Senior ( month contract)

    Scope:

  • Standardization of technology in boardrooms with clear accountability.
  • Microsoft Teams compatibility in common boardrooms using standardized technology.
  • Enhancing the company staff productivity by aligning technology with mobile working needs.
  • Successful outcomes include deploying mobile devices for staff, reducing the need for multiple devices, equipping hoteling stations upon request, and standardizing boardroom hardware for Microsoft Teams meetings.

    • Duties: The Senior IT Technical Business Analyst will provide specific End User Computing (EUC) services for the MWTS team within Technology and Innovation.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an advocate and representative of the MWTS program.
  • Collaborating with the MWTS Program Manager to plan, schedule, and track tasks.
  • Managing ministry requests and creating tickets for hardware and peripherals.
  • Prioritizing tasks, escalating issues, and attending status meetings.
  • Updating and maintaining documents in the MWTS SharePoint system.
  • Collaborating with ministry Champions and the EUC vendor (Fujitsu).
  • Capturing risks, issues, and lessons learned.
  • Performing other associated duties as required.

    • Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizations of similar size and complexity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a work-from-home environment.

    • Nice to Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem-solve, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Office products.
  • Experience with IT service management, ServiceNow, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with public sector work environments.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with strict timelines simultaneously.
