Description

Busy, growing distributor is seeking a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill a position in the customer service department of its Oakville, ON, Canada office.

Applicant must be able to respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries, including pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, complaint handling etc.


Duties for this position include:


  • Answer incoming calls
  • Shipping & Receiving of small package orders
  • Process & Expedite customer orders
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Process Purchasing of goods with Vendors
  • Provide clerical support for internal and external customers
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes
  • Light housekeeping associated with small office
*May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.


Requirements:


  • Min 1+ years office / related customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Problem solving skills, time management, documentation skills
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and possess the ability to execute multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the sales/ purchase order fulfillment process a plus
  • Must have strong windows based computer experience

Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm
