Structure & Compensation

  • Full Time Opportunity Mon to Fri
  • Avg Initial Commission $600$2400 per deal sold
  • 100% commission based with high income potential
  • Ongoing residual for lifetime of business agreements
  • Ontarget earnings $100,000$150,000/yr
  • Goal is 8+ deals a month, tenured reps achieve 15+ deals a month
  • Tenured sales reps make $250,000/yr with the company

Requirements:


  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Reliable car & laptop
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ambitious gogetter with strong organization & presentation skills
  • Prospecting expert (or willing to learn)
  • Ability to interact with people and build a network of customers.
  • Open to new ideas, methods, and perspective
  • Teamoriented peer for the right individual's opportunities to advance
  • Must be coachable
  • B2B sales experience
  • Bilingual an asset, not a requirement

Description

  • Develop a portfolio of prospective and existing merchants at a local level.
  • Initiate contact with the merchant and provide a valuebased solution tailored to merchants needs
  • Utilizing hardware and software solutions as appropriate
  • Build relationships, follow up and generate sales based on marketplace canvasing (B2B, business card program), referrals, networking groups, and other sources if applicable.
  • Manage database of appointments and daily schedule to ensure all prospects are handled in a timely manner
  • Become an expert and active ambassador for the CPOS brand.
  • Learn how to successfully balance merchants' needs and requirements with that of the business. This will include sales, use of literature / materials as appropriate, pricing, etc.
  • Attending weekly online meetings/training
  • Operate both independently and as part of a team
  • We adopt a consultative approach determine merchants' needs, educate and provide a solution based on the information given.

Salary:
$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
