Responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within both the construction and commercial industries.
Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services as well as commercial solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Conduct indepth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in both competitive markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within both the construction or rental industry and the commercial industry.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, services, and commercial solutions.
Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
Valid Driver's License and ability to travel the surrounding area in your market.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
