Position Summary

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the MP2 Coordinator provides administration and support services to the Maintenance Department.

Key accountabilities

Accountable for accurate recording and entering data and work order requests into the Maintenance Program.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining part supplies as per the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Accountable for cleaning and organizing work area and keeping files.
MSDS/SDS update, involving the search for MSDS/SDS, maintaining the list and updating binders.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance department.
Basic math skills and general knowledge of tools and parts (electrical, plumbing, mechanical and technical.)
Basic skills in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and previous experience with maintenance software (MP2, CMM or others) is an asset.
Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
