Wage:
$35/hour


Hours of Work:40 hrs/week, overtime may be required

SUMMARY


A
Service Plumber services, maintains and performs renovations of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls, furnaces and air conditioning systems.


JOB DUTIES

  • Troubleshoot and service residential and commercial plumbing systems after installation
  • Maintain and repair HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems
  • Adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to commercial boilers
  • Install and service hot water heaters, gas lines, tubs, showers, fixtures and faucets
  • Clean and service drains, vents, and waterlines
  • Install and service hot water (hydronic) heating systems complete with boilers
  • Provide excellent customer service (must be able to present options and pricing, complete invoicing and payment in an accurate and friendly manner)
  • Complete paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Adhere to Safety Program and Policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Journeyman Plumber certification or Completion of Level 6 Plumbing Certificate (Issued by FETAC/QQI)
  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency
  • Able to work on call on a regular rotation
  • 5 year commercial driver abstract with insurance & claims history
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently or in a team in a variety of conditions
  • Strength, stamina, and agility
  • Completion of online Construction Safety Training System course prior to orientation
