Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update repair estimates
- Assist in managing insurance claims and ordering parts
- Support with scheduling repair and estimate appointments
- Processing invoices and payments
- Perform basic cashiering duties
- Ship and recieve parts
- Asisst with parts prep as needed
Requirements:
- Computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience with autobody parts is an assest
- Knowledge of automotive insurance proceedures in an asset
