Position Overview


The Chef de Partie assists the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Junior Executive Sous Chef in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.


Required Skills:

Prior high volume experience 1+ years
Food Safe Level 1 certification
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills are required
Able to work various shift times and extended shifts as needed
Professional attitude and leadership capabilities required
Able to provide training to kitchen team with company's vision and standard
