Job Summary

Platinum Auto Parts_ is seeking a dynamic, customerfocused Associate that is ready to join their team. This new Associate will support multiple accounts and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is great opportunity to gain extensive automotive knowledge and small business experience.

Principal Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers by entering new orders and checking order status for regular accounts and retail customers
Working with suppliers to coordinate order status including delivery timing and returns
Organizing and replenishing stock orders
Gaining and retaining product knowledge
Answering customer phone calls and taking orders over the phone
