Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the accounts payables of our operations in BC.

He/She will also be responsible for preparing employee hours to submit to the payroll department for weekly and biweekly payroll.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Register purchase invoices and credit notes, and match them with delivery slips, receiving reports and purchase orders;
Reconcile monthly statements of suppliers' accounts;
Contact providers and track payments;
Process and reconcile expense accounts and credit cards;
Review invoice data accuracy and ensure compliance;
Enter and compile and employee hours in the system and submit to HR for payroll processing;
Assist accounts receivables when needed

General Skills:

3 to 5 years' experience accounts payable;
Professional diploma in Accounting;
Knowledge of Sage 500 and an ERP is an asset;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to meet established deadlines;
Proven capabilities in multitasking, problemsolving, and prioritizing workloads;
