We are seeking Title Assistant on a contract basis for our Mississauga office.The ideal candidates will possess real estate experience in a busy law firm or related environment.
Primary responsibilities: Process discharge requests received from various clients,
Complete and verify all mortgage information with client,
Prepare applicable documents as per respective lender program requirements,
Electronically register discharges or send for registration to respective LRO where required,
Provide superior customer service to our clients.,
