Task Description:
Under the supervision of the Producer, the incumbent ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the show's production by offering diverse content according to the show's DNA.
- Offer the most captivating content
- Invest in our team and support its commitment
- Manage with agility and according to an efficient cost structure
- Promote the customer experience
Main Responsibilities:
- According to the plan established with the producer, the incumbent is responsible for the management operations for the program's lead
- Ensure the daily broadcasting of the program
- Ensure the various daily followups related to the production of the program
- Follow up with the different guests/talents of the daily show
- In collaboration with the producer, adapt the daily content of the program according to current events, regardless of the time of day
- Follow up daily with other daily production teams (programs, web, news and programming)
- Manage and sort the information/news available and constantly ensure that the team is producing the most relevant content for fans on the various platforms of the show
- Submits ideas and concepts to the team according to the program's editorial mission
Knowledge and Skills:
- Have an excellent knowledge of stage management work (minimun 2 years)
- Be creative and have a strong sense of innovation
- Strong experience as a sports writer/reporter (minimum 5 years)
- Indepth knowledge of the sports industry
- Good stress management
- Ability to synthesize and evaluate the relevance of content to be offered to fans
- Demonstrate leadership, team spirit and openness to change
- Have a sense of organization
- Have a spirit of initiative, be creative and proactive
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in personnel management (an asset)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
