Job summary

Provide program assistance and support for divisional initiatives programs processes projects and events Respond to inquiries/concerns and provide information regarding programs and services to meet departmental service standards Independently fulfills administrative and program duties related to the work area including correspondence documentation minute-taking preparing memos and reports and presentations Supports project leads in planning coordinating implementing evaluating departmental policies programs special events Participates in working groups brainstorming sessions to provide input ideas insights Assist with data entry management Perform qualitative/quantitative research analysis technical specialized discipline identify trends industry best practices opportunities continuous improvement Work internal external stakeholders complete projects applicable Prepares project program updates review management Maintain confidentiality based requirement access maintain sensitive sectional or departmental organizational communication reports materials records Maintain understanding of divisional programs services Understand adhere enforce Corporate Policies Procedures Confidentiality Guidelines Emergency Procedures Health Safety Standards
