Description
We are looking for a handyman with experience in the following:

  • Drywall, tapping and stud-framing.
  • Carpentry & Framing
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Electrical
  • Patch, paint & caulking
  • Experience with concrete & brick repair
Any additional experience is a plus. Tools for necessary job will be provided.

Commercial property handyman tasks vary day-to-day.

Some jobs are located at other properties, a vehicle will be provided for transportation. Drivers license will be required.

Pay ranges depending on experience and equipment.


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (preferred)
