A Typical Day for the Service Advisor:

Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs
Create estimates
Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle
Follow up with customers and keep them updated
Explain all work performed and charges

What You Bring:

Great customer service both in person and over the phone
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools
Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
Selfstarter and able to work in a fastpaced, detailed, and processdriven environment
Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
High School Diploma
