Responsibilities:

Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and weeding
Operate power tools and equipment to maintain and enhance the landscape
Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering schedules
Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden
Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
Assist in the design and implementation of landscape projects

Skills:

Proficiency in using power tools for gardening tasks
Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques
Experience in landscape maintenance and plant care
Ability to use hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks
Strong understanding of different types of plants and their specific needs
Ability to manage and oversee other gardeners

As a Head Gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our gardens.

You will be overseeing a small team of gardeners and are responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the gardens.

Previous experience is required and education as a gardener (in horticulture, master gardener etc. is preferred).

Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
