Responsibilities:

Displays the willingness to learn and understand Daily production targets.
Completes daily Equipment Inspections and communicates any preventive maintenance and repairs to his supervisor.
Completes daily servicing of equipment he or she operates.
Demonstrates good house keeping of the equipment he or she operates
Completion and submission on a timely basis of all documentation as required. This includes, equipment inspection reports, time tickets, fuel, and credit card receipts
Abide by all Secure and customer specific safety procedures
Ensure all Secure safety policies and procedures are followed
Responsible for knowing and following the Standard Operating Procedures and mastering critical tasks.
Maintaining and implementing safe work procedures.
Communicates effectively with Supervisor and Project Manager
Positive Attitude, welligness to help, and is team player
Must be able to work varied shift start and finish times, working away from home is a requirement

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Heavy equipment operational experience is a must (Loader, Dozer, Compactor, Excavator).
Willing and able to work away from home for periods of time on different projects
Ability to complete safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Strong mechanical knowledge with respect to the maintenance, servicing and repair of transport vehicles
Be fit for work every day
Ability to communicate effectively and express thoughts and ideas in a clear manner
Strong work ethic and ability to work long days
