Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager - Alberta Netcare Portal, the IT Analyst is responsible for the support, development and configuration for the Alberta Netcare Portal, NWT HealthNet Viewer and Electronic Referral Management operations.

These services have provincial geographical and organizational scope serving health care providers within and external to AHS.

This position contributes to ensuring service continuity of Alberta Netcare Portal, one of AHS's four tier one critical systems, used in the delivery of patient care throughout the province.

Description:

As an IT Analyst I, you will provide technical support for system(s), subsystem(s) or technologies within a specialized team or service area in accordance with AHS standards and practices.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset. Experience working with Orion Health products is considered an asset. Jmeter, Loadrunner, and experience with Virtualization technologies is an asset.
