    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of retail staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
    • Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales volume and improve merchandising.
    • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.

    Requirements

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

    Working Conditions

    • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
    • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
    • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
