LIFE INSURANCE ADVISOR ROLE - EXCITING INSURTECH STARTUP

Responsibilities

No cold calling we have a strong inbound acquisition channel
Manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service
Explain how life insurance and related products work, and provide expert insurance advice and guidance to customers.
Help customers submit medical and nonmedical forms and schedule appointments required to satisfy underwriting requirements.
Demonstrate expertise in nonfacetoface carrier workflows, underwriting processes, and software tools.
Act as the main channel of feedback between customers and product teams, to drive improvements to our process and technology.

Requirements:

Work experience or interest in life & living benefit insurance sales or service.
Life insurance broker license or LLQP is helpful.
Passion for customer service and the value of insurance.
A deep love of technology and keeping a finger on the pulse of all things digital.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Must value ethics and integrity.
Creativity and a natural inclination to think outside the box are highly valued skills on our team.
Motivated to learn and grow professionally and contribute to the company's growth and culture.
Enjoy working on a team, but also selfmotivated.
