We are seeking a skilled shwarma cooking experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Cook food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Monitor food cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
• Plate and garnish dishes before serving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

Experience:

• Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is must.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
