We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team in Toronto The primary responsibility will be to administer and coordinate all department and company-wide events for URS Toronto.


Our people and customers are at the heart of what we do and we want to create events and experiences for our employees and our customers that are engaging and impactful.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders on all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) activities and events
  • Prepare and manage annual events calendar, including key DE&I holidays/initiatives (e.g., Chinese New Year, Black History month, Pride, etc.)
  • Manage annual events budgetRequired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple teams, levels of management and departments
  • Passion for employee and customer experience, creating community, producing creative ideas and celebrate diversity in workplace
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, solutions focused and excited by a challenge

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in administration and event coordination
