Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program: from delivery to cost performance. (Profitability, losses, gains, followups, parts retained, parts rejected and returned by the customer);
Coordinate action plans and project launches;
Organize production meetings and program review meetings;
Provide solutions to production problems related to his/her mandate, propose to groups and implement continuous improvement measures to increase productivity and ensure the quality of the customer's products;
Resolve problems with the receiving, shipping, planning, inspection and program departments within his team, in terms of management and decisionmaking of strategic choices;
Prepare presentations for customers;
Identify staff training needs to increase versatility and knowledge;
Participate in problemsolving and implementation to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: Essential
DEC in Mechanical Engineering or DEC in Logistics OR Equivalent experience may be considered;
Asset: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Administration or Logistics;
Experience: 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in a similar position.
