    Paradox EN – full‑time remote or off‑site in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency required.

    Paradox is building a human‑centred ecosystem – the Operating System for Greatness – combining AI, behavioural science and design to help millions grow.

    Mission


    Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning Paradox from founder‑led marketing to a brand‑led, data‑driven engine.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer–Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.
    • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn't.
    • Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
    • Architect Funnels and campaigns (Hands‑On). You map funnels, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure the machine works before scaling budgets.
    • Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing). Design, launch and analyse A/B tests yourself and dig into data to find the winner.
    • Hunt friction points in the user journey. Audit a low‑converting page, propose a fix and implement the test immediately with the team.
    • Design, launch and analyse experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging and maintain tracking integrity.
    • Channel Exploration & Scaling. Oversee paid social, identify next winning acquisition channels to maximise ROI/ROAS and provide data‑backed briefs to the content factory.
    • Growth Loops. Design and optimise loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content) and diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention and expansion.
    • "Player‑Coach" Leadership. Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), sparring partner for strategy, copy angles and execution, and build, train and manage the team.
    • Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality. Focus on appointments held and deals closed, set up a feedback loop with the Sales Lead, prioritise high‑intent leads and stop campaigns that bring tire‑kickers even if CPL is low.

    Tools you'll master


    GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely and other data & experiment tools.

    KPIs you'll own

    • LTV / CAC ratio
    • Funnel conversion rates by stage
    • X experiments launched per week

    Desired Outcomes

    • Conversion rates 2× better than baseline
    • Growth experimentation runs continuously
    • A predictable growth engine

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‑commerce or digital product environments.
    • Track record of designing, implementing and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable revenue, activation or conversion improvements.
