- Design, launch and analyse experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging and maintain tracking integrity.
- Channel Exploration & Scaling. Oversee paid social, identify next winning acquisition channels to maximise ROI/ROAS and provide data‑backed briefs to the content factory.
- Growth Loops. Design and optimise loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content) and diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention and expansion.
- "Player‑Coach" Leadership. Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM), sparring partner for strategy, copy angles and execution, and build, train and manage the team.
- Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality. Focus on appointments held and deals closed, set up a feedback loop with the Sales Lead, prioritise high‑intent leads and stop campaigns that bring tire‑kickers even if CPL is low.
