Responsibilities:
- Assist in document management purging documents, file scanning, faxing and photocopying.
- Data entry assist Controller with various accounting tasks.
- Job costing
- Payroll And Employee Administration Management
- Handle confidential matters.
- Provide administrative support to department managers.
- Provide word processing and secretarial support.
- Generate and create reports as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with office administration and accounting required
- Experience with job cost tracking preferred
- Experience in Oil and Gas Administration preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in
Microsoft Office:
Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
HSE Requirements:
- H2S Alive Certificate
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- First Aid Certification
- Office environment
- Sitting, typing, walking, standing
- Near Miss/Incident Reporting
Job Types:

From $20.00 per hour
