About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Equipment Operator (Stand-by) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails and other related infrastructure.

• Maintain and repair highway surfaces including signs, guardrails and fence as well as potholes adding or replacing reflectors and shouldering.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a seasonal position requiring the ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing demands and priorities. Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating various vehicles and equipment required for surface maintenance and repair;


• Routine exposure to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold;


• Cleaning up after snowstorms using snow removal sanding equipment if necessary;
