Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Chargé(e) de projet pour notre grande entreprise. Faites partie d'une équipe dynamique dans un domaine diversifiant, passionnant, valorisant et enrichissant.

**Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à**:

- Implanter des améliorations dans les processus de production et dans les processus des fonctions support;
- Structurer l'étendue, le démarrage et le suivi d'un projet;
- Rassembler les parties prenantes et aligner l'équipe multifonctionnelle vers un objectif commun;
- Coordonner les actions dans le cadre de la gestion de votre projet;
- Communiquer le statut de votre projet aux parties prenantes ainsi qu'à la direction;
- Vulgariser et documenter les stratégies et solutions de votre projet;
- Faire des recommandations stratégiques afin de supporter les objectifs de l'entreprise;
- Travailler en équipe multifonctionnelle (Ingénierie, Méthode, Génie Industriel, Logistique, Production, Qualité);
- Comprendre les paramètres techniques et indicateurs de performance de votre projet (ex. : temps de cycle, temps de réponse, capacité, etc.).
- Vous avez une vision globale de l'entreprise;
- Vous êtes à l'écoute des clients internes et parties prenantes (production et fonction support);
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de production;
- Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et êtes à l'aise de présenter à la haute direction;
- Vous êtes dynamique et travaillez en équipe;
- Vous faites preuve de leadership et aimez relever des défis;
- Vous faites preuve de patience, de persévérance et de curiosité;
- Vous êtes flexible face aux changements de priorités et de stratégie dans le cadre d'un projet;
- Vous utilisez MS Project pour le suivi de votre planification;
- Vous utilisez Excel au besoin pour des analyses sommaires;
- Vous avez entre 0 à 2 ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier / usine;
- Vous avez une formation et de l'expérience en Génie Industriel et/ou Amélioration Continue.

**In the context of your position, you will be called upon to**:

- Bring stakeholders together and align the cross-functional team towards a common goal;
- Coordinate actions in the management of your project;
- Communicate the status of your project to stakeholders and management;

- Make strategic recommendations to support the company's objectives;
- Work in a multi-functional team (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality);
- Understand the technical parameters and performance indicators of your project (e.g. cycle time, response time, capacity, etc.).
- You have a global view of the business;
- You are attentive to internal customers and stakeholders (production and support function);
- You are comfortable in a production environment;
- You have a spirit of synthesis and are comfortable presenting to senior management;
- You are dynamic and work in a team;
- You are dynamic and work as part of a team; You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges;
- You have patience, perseverance and curiosity;
- You are flexible to changes in priorities and strategy within a project;
- You use MS Project to monitor your planning;
- You use Excel as needed for summary analysis;
- You have between 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing / plant environment;
- You have training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
