Your role


As part of the digital team, you will be responsible for implementing national and regional sponsored content strategies across all Radio-Canada Sports platforms during the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

You will work closely with the sponsored content manager to ensure that partners' goals are met.

This is a six-month bilingual contract position (March to August 2024) requiring broad knowledge of Olympic sports and athletes. Work will be on a continuous basis during the Olympic Games and may entail evening or night shifts.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Implement national and regional strategies with the Sports team, including developing publication schedules and overseeing executions.
  • Monitor posts, observe performance indicators and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Serve as an intermediary between the sales and editorial teams to report on executions and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Write performance reports for the partners.
  • Communicate regularly with the CBC team to ensure content consistency and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Help create website and social media content as needed (write titles and intros, translate texts from English to French, generate posts and format video clips).

What you bring:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three (3) years' relevant experience

Skills:


  • Experience developing and executing paid and organic digital strategies
  • Experience analyzing digital campaign performance and writing reports
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) and their distinctive features
  • Good knowledge of Olympic sports and athletes
  • Bilingualism
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines
