THE OPPORTUNITY


Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking an additional member to their Sales Department.

We are looking for a new
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Coordinator who can help us operate as a bridge between Customers and the Sales team demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our Kryton products and providing outstanding customer service assistance.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The
Inside Sales Representative provides a wide range of sales and support functions to a global network of Customers and the Kryton Sales team.

The role will introduce Kryton Products - Hardcem, KIM, and increase brand awareness within the various audiences using the applicable relatable language and sales tools.

The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter, that works independently as well as part of a team. The ability to cultivate strong Customer relationships via phone contact is essential. Multi-tasking and flexibility to handle frequently changing priorities are required. Primary tasks include Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Sales Team Support, and General Administrative Assistance.


THE COMPANY

REQUIREMENTS
-
Experience: 2+ years' experience in an inside sales position (inbound & outbound) within a technical industry.

Education: Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce or International Trade is desirable.

  • The ability to multitask and to continually work with many interruptions is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to adapt their communication style to the targeted audience and develop strong relationships.
  • Confident, outgoing, with a strong Customer Service orientation.
  • Competitive and results driven.
  • Selfmotivated within a Team environment.
  • Experience working with technical products and services.
  • Software Skills: CRM (ex. HubSpot) & MS Office
