In this vital role, you will engage with clients across the legal community in North America, bringing tailored product solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in consultative sales and relationship management will help you drive customer satisfaction and growth. Accountabilities- Drive results by identifying engagement channels and executing territory growth strategies.
- Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and support sales demos.
- Manage relationships focusing on new logo acquisition and current account upsell/cross-sell.
- Possess knowledge across product offerings to effectively close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for deal tracking and performance metrics.
- Understand customer archetypes and market needs within the sub-segment.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred.
- Knowledge of sales concepts and techniques.
- Ambitious self-starter with high motivation.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Internet.
- Experience with Salesforce is desired.
- Familiarity with the legal profession is a plus.
- Strong database management capabilities.
