Our current bases are in YYC / YYZ with the potential of other bases to open in the future.
We are currently only hiring for our YYZ base.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Your primary responsibilities include:

Crew Collaboration: Collaborating with the Captain and other crew members to execute pre-flight briefings, conduct safety checks, and ensure a smooth and coordinated operation.

Flight Assistance: Assisting the Captain in the execution of flight plans, monitoring aircraft systems, and actively participating in decision-making processes during all phases of flight.

Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with the Captain, air traffic control, and ground personnel to facilitate seamless flight operations.

Training and Development: Continuously participating in training programs to enhance skills, stay updated on industry developments, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to ensure the highest level of safety for passengers and crew.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Minimum of 1,000 hours total fixed-wing time
- Valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot's License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License with either IATRA or SAMRA/SARON exams completed
- Previous jet experience is considered an asset
- Category 1 Medical
- Valid Canadian Passport or Canadian work permit
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Ability to travel/operate to the United States, and any other countries within our network
- Ability to obtain TSA clearance for simulator training in the United States
- No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
- Successful completion of Company Alcohol and Drug testing program
- The ability to conduct multiday parings away from base in accordance with the CARs
- Pilots that do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered based on experience and other factors
