_The Position_
The incumbent is responsible for performing maintenance work as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor/or Property Manager for the portfolio

He/she:

Assists in variety of jobs that concern the general upkeep and improvement of the properties;
Assists in suite teardowns and renovations

Strong skillset in mud, wall repairs, basic electrical/ plumbing skills, basic framing skills, competent in painting:

Multi-faceted experience in basic suite renovations;
Drives own car and possesses own tools;
Great communicator;
Team player;
Passionate;
Resultsoriented;
Strong work ethic;
Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change and emergencies intervene.
