Our busy and well established business is looking for a service writer
- we have all kinds of customers ranging from fleet work to ambulances to small cars, we have all kinds of experienced and skilled mechanics to learn from.

Within this job, you will be responsible for:

• answering and making out bound calls

- assisting with fleet management
- processing a full transaction (creation of appointments, starting an invoice, payment)
- ordering parts, tires, etc.
- etc.
- able to work independently and as a team
- friendly and happy to customers
- be customer focused
- great with computer skills
- understand the costar and Mitchell programs for automotive

• 35 year experience as a past service advisor, with the automotive knowledge

- confident and willingness to learn


Salary:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
