We are looking for someone like you - talented, motivated, focused, and experienced in the real estate industry to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator.


Responsibilities:


  • Reception duties answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walkins, input messages using Broker Bay (internal paging system)
  • Broker Load input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
  • Offers preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents
  • Supplies maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
  • Agent activities booking of open houses, copying and filing of all listings & legal documents, preparation of feature sheets
  • Help with duties such as CRM data entry, drafting letters and other documents
  • Preparing weekly and month end reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 25 years real estate experience
  • Pursuing Ontario Real Estate License (an asset)
  • Valid Ontario Driver's license
  • TorontoMLS, MS Office, Gsuite, Workflow Management Systems and CRM software and offer generating systems
  • Dedicated and willing to put in extra time when needed with excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
